Day 1. La Guajira- Arrival in Riohacha and Wayuu Experience
Upon arrival at Almirante Padilla International Airport in Riohacha, reception and assistance at the airport to board the vehicle and private transfer to the hotel (depending on the location and arrival time). Afterwards, transfer to a Wayuu community to learn about aspects of its culture through a talk, traditional dance presentation, tasting of “Frichi” or fried goat, a tour of the ranchería, and a visit to the area where handicrafts are made and sold.
Includes: Private transportation and assistance in Spanish at the airport. Professional tourism guide in Spanish only for the visit to the Wayuu community.

Day 2. La Guajira – Manaure Salt Flats, Uribia and Cabo de la Vela
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure at 5:30 a.m. to Cabo de la Vela in 4x4 vehicles. During the journey, we will visit the Manaure Salt Flats and Uribia, including Plaza Colombia, and make a stop at the wind farm. We will continue to Cabo de la Vela to visit Jepira, Cerro Kaimaichi or Pilón de Azúcar, Punta Arcoíris and the beaches in the area. Traditional lunch in Cabo de la Vela and return to the hotel.

Day 3. La Guajira- Beach Day in Mayapo or Visit to the Pink Flamingo Park
Breakfast at the hotel.
Option 1: Beach day in Mayapo. Departure at 08:00 a.m. Mayapo is a coastal area located in the municipality of Manaure, La Guajira. It is characterized by its sandy beaches and the transitional landscape between the desert and the Caribbean Sea. The area offers spaces to enjoy the beach and leisure activities, in an environment characterized by the natural landscapes of the Guajira coast.
Option 2: Visit to the Pink Flamingo Park. Departure at 08:00 a.m. The activity will depend on the presence of migratory birds and weather conditions. If conditions allow, a boat ride on Navío Quebrado Lagoon will be carried out for birdwatching, accompanied by an Afro-descendant person or an Indigenous Wayuu person in Spanish.
Includes: Traditional lunch and shared transportation.
