Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport to take the flight to Santa Cruz de Mompox, declared by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. Upon arrival assistance at the airport and transfer to the hotel. 

We suggest lunch at the Ambrosia restaurant, one of the most recommended in town and very well located. 

At 15:00 hours after the sun has gone down a little, we will begin our tour to get to the church of Santa Barbara and start a walk through the albarrada and see the stone with the dates that Bolivar visited, Basílica menor del Santísimo Cristo, Portales de la Marquesa, until arriving at Café 1700 to enjoy a coffee granizado (direct payment at the restaurant).

Our journey takes us through the new town of El Peñol, an essential point for understanding the history and future of this region. We will arrive to make a panoramic view of the region in a helicopter for a 6-minute flight over the dam and a pontoon tour of the dam. Lunch at a typical restaurant to learn about the local gastronomy. We will continue our trip with a visit to the picturesque village of Guatapé, known for the colorful decorative baseboards of its houses. Transfer and lodging.
