Dorado Experiences in accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Regulatory Decree 1377 of 2013, constitutes the general framework for the protection of personal data in Colombia; is committed to ensuring and adopting measures for the security of information through international best practices, in attention to the confidentiality, integrity and availability of personal data provided.

We only use your personal information (name or company name, address, address, email and telephone of the person in charge). for the purchase, sale or confirmation of the reservations you request. • Fulfill the objective of the provision of the contracted services and tourism products.
• To send to the clients information related to the nature of the service and/or dispositions of obligatory knowledge and compliance during the service.
• To respond to doubts, queries and requests.
• To support tax exemptions before tax authorities, through the information of Passport, DNI, or other requested document, among others.
• To analyze and identify expectations and preferences of travel agencies to acquire services.

EMPLOYEES AND OFFICIALS:

• The company, will request personal information from its employees and officials to comply with current labor regulatory requirements and/or the development of projects related to Human Resources and Human Talent Management such as personnel selection, personnel assistance, payroll registration, payment of commissions, among others.
• Security in the facilities through video surveillance.
• Comply with the policy and procedures of the Policy for the Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism.

Conditions for data processing

• Authorization: In order for DORADO EXPERIENCES to carry out any action of personal data processing, the previous and informed authorization of the owner is required, which must be obtained by any means that may be subject to subsequent consultation. Regarding the personal data you provide us, they are recorded in the banks provided for this purpose, and at any time you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition that, where appropriate, correspond to you according to the law.
